Fruita - Funny Race Cow Crossing....

We were 2 miles from the Utah border out in the middle of noman's land. Soooo.... the cows are roaming the range as they would normally. This cow actually stopped and waited for 2 riders to go by and then he/she crossed. You can't really hear the conversation on the video... but one of the guys got pissed and said, "Damn Cow!" Poor cow.

Fruita - Rabbit Valley, Sunday XC Race

This is Jeff's first race as a Sport Class rider in Colorado. Last year he road in the Beginner Class and the standard race trail would range from 7 miles to maybe 11 miles. The trail today was 19 miles.

Fruita - Rabbit Valley; Sat. Time Trial

This is the FIRST race of the season. Today, Saturday, is a 5 mile Time Trial. It was freakin' 29 degrees this morning... it was painfully cold, especially for those on their bikes sucking in that cold air trying to get a breath. The photos are in order of Jeff relaxed prior to the race, then on the time trial ramp, then coming through the finish and then... LOL... him about to vomit.

Oh, did you notice, Chad just could not loose to ME? Ha! (Skip is a friend of the family and this was his first night playing. He isn't much better than Chad or me about who will be on top, become the Dominos Champion.)

Sunday Cook out at the In-Laws

Our Egg

We were making deviled eggs... check this out! This sucker had a "heart" inside when we cut it open. We wanted to sell it on E-Bay, but when Mark was cleaning the kitchen, he tossed it out. Dangit!

I am trying to get the accounting system revised and updated. I ended up with a huge file to go back in to the 2007 files.... Tiffany is putting them away for me so I can keep working on 2008! Thanks Tiff, you are a huge help!!!!

It is wild how far our parents have come. This was the visit to Atlanta where I showed my mom and both of Jeff's parents how to call us and see us over the web - for free!
