Grand Lake was only about an 45 minutes away from Winter Park. It is a small town, located on the largest natural body of water in Colorado. Of course, Jeff had to stop at the local creamery for a messy banana split.

Celtic Music and Ice Cream... Free!!!

Bear Creek Park hosted a Free event for the locals serving up some Celtic music and ice cream. Jeff, Julie and I sat in lawn chairs and well, ate ice cream and talked. I think we heard a little Irish jam in the winds whipping around us. Was a very lovely night... the weather, the ambiance and friends.

A Very Big Morning!!!

Let's see... Meg ran a race. It was a breakfast for Jeff's birthday. Katy was leaving for a 3 week road trip across CO, NM and TX. Dana and I were there to eat. What can I say, big morning!!!

All of our men were out of town, so the girls, Dana, Katy, Meg and me, got together for dinner and a movie night. We never watched the flick.... ended up surfing the net and watching some crazy other "stuff". Here is a Video with our reaction to one of them. OY. Priceless.
